Hamming it up for the cameras, Cameron Diaz was bald and beautiful as she sported a fitted cap while filming scenes for her new movie “My Sister’s Keeper” at the Santa Monica Pier on Wednesday afternoon (May 21).

Co-starring with Abigail Breslin and Sofia Vassilieva, the film tells the sad story of a girl (Vassilieva) battling leukemia and the strife it causes within the family.

She’s been laying relatively low as of late, but the paparazzi caught up to Cameron Diaz out in Los Angeles yesterday as she ran some errands.

The “What Happens in Vegas” starlet was spotted on Wilshire Avenue as she was leaving a Medical Center.  And she was carrying a very curious item in her hands.
